Volunteer prospecting and recruitment is a year-round activity for March of Dimes volunteer leaders. To assist our leaders in building the volunteer pipeline, we’ve developed a step-by-step Nominating and Recruiting Process.
In the Nominating and Recruiting Process Module, you will learn the steps for identifying candidates and assessing a candidate for a board or event leader position. The role of the Nominating and Recruiting Committee Chair is critical to this process, but the responsibility of identifying and recruiting new leaders is shared with all Market Board members and other volunteer leaders.
